A company is looking for a Sr Director Benefits responsible for overseeing employee benefit plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate global health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs
- Oversee benefit plan renewal processes and annual budgeting in collaboration with Finance
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10-15+ years of experience in a benefits leadership role, including supervision of a professional benefits staff
- Strong knowledge of benefits, ERISA, and governing regulations
- Experience in an automated benefits environment and familiarity with HRMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly spreadsheets and word processing
