Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Grievance and Appeals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nurses and oversee day-to-day clinical operations in a regulated department
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance on escalated issues and ensure compliance with regulations
- Train new team members and monitor performance standards while identifying process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 3+ years of nursing experience, including appeals and grievances or utilization management
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
- LPN required (RN preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of coding and regulatory standards preferred
