Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels
- 1+ years of experience in conflict resolution
- 1+ years of experience in customer service with a focus on empathy
- High school diploma or GED
