Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for the team
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a TA Specialist, TA Manager, or similar role
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Developers, Engineers)
- Experience working remotely and in startup environments
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ownership of tasks
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
