A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join their Executive Search team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver talent research and insights quickly
- Build talent maps and conduct market research to identify high-potential candidates across various business units
- Use data-driven insights to inform search strategy and guide Talent Acquisition partners on market trends
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in executive search, talent research, or an equivalent in-house function
- Experience with full-lifecycle leadership recruiting, including sourcing through closing
- Proven track record of sourcing executive-level talent across various industries
- Ability to navigate complex sourcing channels and work with changing requirements
- Strong proficiency with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
