Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to develop position requirements and sourcing strategies
- Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Provide data-driven insights on recruiting pipeline details and maintain data integrity in the ATS
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma/GED required; higher education or certificates in HR/Recruiting preferred
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume capacity
- Strong experience in recruiting for Engineering, Marketing, Product, and IT roles
- Experience with modern ATS systems and expert-level sourcing tools
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for fit
