Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Associate to assist in the support of business units for effective HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise staff on HR policies and best practices in compliance with local labor laws
- Oversee US benefits inquiries, manage open enrollment, and process benefits invoices
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with an NGO or donor-funded projects
- Bilingual in French is highly preferred
- Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems, specifically ADP and DEEL
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law at the federal and state level
