Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary HR Generalist to support its Human Resources function during a temporary leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send offer letters, and coordinate pre-employment background checks
- Assist with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain employee records in the HRIS system
- Support benefits enrollment, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS system, preferably UKG
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with strong document management and Excel skills
