Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner in human resources at the segment or division level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups across various locations
- Assist with the implementation and management of corporate HR policies and programs
- Resolve employee relations issues and facilitate organization and leadership development efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience or at least 1 year as an Associate HRBP
- Relevant professional training or experience may substitute for a degree
- Preferred: Previous corporate HR experience
- Preferred: SHRM Certification (PHR or SPHR)
