A company is looking for a Compensation Survey Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the compensation survey cycle from launch to report production while adhering to milestones
- Conduct client marketing webcasts and job matching sessions to educate clients on survey methodology
- Collect and review survey data for accuracy and deliver reports to clients in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of compensation survey experience
- Some corporate experience, preferably with a background in Human Resources
- Proven analytical skills and proficiency in database software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel occasionally for survey meetings
