Key Responsibilities
- Execute system administration functions including dashboard and report management, permission management, and configuration modifications
- Collaborate with HR and business experts to identify configuration enhancements and system modifications to improve efficiency
- Maintain awareness of HR systems trends and provide analysis, testing, and implementation support for system changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of combined experience in HR and technology, including 2+ years with Workday
- Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruiting and payroll
- Experience in HRIS system implementation, testing, and upgrades
- Expertise in MS Excel
