A company is looking for a People Analytics Solutions Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable data problems
- Own the intake and requirements-gathering process for high-impact people analytics projects
- Validate final outputs for accuracy and business relevance before release
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in people analytics or a data-focused HRBP role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven ability to engage business leaders and frame data-informed narratives
- Strong understanding of people data domains such as turnover, engagement, and performance
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret R code
