Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business partnership and support to the executive management team
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
• Measure employee engagement and implement reward and recognition strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of HR experience in large complex organizations
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or Human Resources
• Experience in customer service organizations with an agile mindset
• Master's degree and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are a plus
• Strong ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
