Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from job opening to offer extension and onboarding
- Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates and foster relationships with hiring managers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or two years with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces
- Experience with customer service
- Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn
- Must reside in the State of Washington
