Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert to provide candidates with accurate information about the company and open positions
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure requisitions are reviewed and vetted before recruitment begins
- Post job positions, review resumes, extend offers, and assist with HR operations and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of related recruitment experience required
- Experience with high volume, non-exempt recruiting preferred
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases, preferably Workday
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
