Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources (Agent Software & Advertising, and Flex/Enhanced Markets).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, shaping and executing people strategies for growth and engagement
- Lead teams through complex organizational design and manage HR processes for client groups
- Act as a cultural steward, supporting business transformation and coaching HR Business Partners
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in people leadership roles
- Experience supporting national, distributed Sales/GTM teams and Customer care or call center teams
- Proven ability to influence business strategy through data-driven HR practices
- Experience in SaaS organizations, understanding product-led growth environments
