Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high volume recruitment for various roles, ensuring a diverse candidate population
  • Partner with the business to develop effective recruitment strategies and conduct phone interviews
  • Build and maintain candidate talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and assist with regional recruiting projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate in-house recruitment or agency staffing
  • Experience with non-exempt level, high volume recruitment
  • Strong skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with recruitment management tools and ATS is a plus
