A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full life-cycle recruiting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high volume recruitment for various roles, ensuring a diverse candidate population
- Partner with the business to develop effective recruitment strategies and conduct phone interviews
- Build and maintain candidate talent pipelines through various sourcing channels and assist with regional recruiting projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate in-house recruitment or agency staffing
- Experience with non-exempt level, high volume recruitment
- Strong skills in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with recruitment management tools and ATS is a plus
