Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers and practice groups
• Monitor and track applications with payers until completion, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve credentialing issues and onboard new clients

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Credentialing
• 2+ years of provider credentialing experience with knowledge of payer policies for multiple states
• Experience working in Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS preferred
• Experience in a fully remote setting preferred
• Advanced software skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite applications
