Job Summary
A company is looking for a Time & Labor Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage application, compliance, and posting/reconciliation of time and labor for designated divisions
- Analyze payroll entries and identify, analyze, and resolve related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FLSA laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in time and labor compliance, finance, or payroll is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in root cause analysis and analytical thinking
