A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Senior Analyst to support executive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee stock purchase and non-qualified deferred compensation programs
- Lead the annual long-term incentive cycle and support executive merit and bonus awards
- Analyze salary survey data and provide recommendations for competitive executive pay positioning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, including 2+ years in executive compensation preferred
- High level of spreadsheet expertise and presentation design skills
- Experience in executive compensation, equity plans, and total rewards programs
- Working knowledge of compensation-related laws, policies, and practices
