Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to support and scale HR operations for a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation and equity benchmarking, and support annual compensation planning
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and maintain internal people systems to enhance employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in People Ops, HR, Recruiting, or Total Rewards
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-directed approach
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Experience working in a global or distributed team is a bonus
• Experience in managing equity programs is a bonus
