Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation and equity benchmarking, and support annual compensation planning
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and maintain internal people systems to enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in People Ops, HR, Recruiting, or Total Rewards
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-directed approach
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Experience working in a global or distributed team is a bonus
- Experience in managing equity programs is a bonus
