A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and a payroll administrator to achieve hiring objectives
- Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in the property insurance industry or related field
- 2+ years experience hiring and recruiting remote contractors
- 2+ years experience managing teams
- Proven ability to source and hire candidates effectively
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
