Recruiting Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and a payroll administrator to achieve hiring objectives
• Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment platforms
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the property insurance industry or related field
• 2+ years experience hiring and recruiting remote contractors
• 2+ years experience managing teams
• Proven ability to source and hire candidates effectively
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
