Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Human Resource Management / Human Capital Development Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to Institutional Capacity Building (ICB) programs focused on human resource management and human capital development
- Advise on the development and implementation of policies and frameworks to enhance talent management and workforce capabilities
- Support strategic-level guidance and joint military staff functions
Required Qualifications
- Retired O-5/O-6 level officer or E-9
- Extensive experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
- Experience in developing human capital development strategies and policies
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
