Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall service delivery of the HR Compliance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Provide direction and guidance to the HR Compliance team, planning for capacity needs and execution of deliverables
- Manage escalated critical issues and lead complex HR Compliance-related initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within Human Resources
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
