Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Information System Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to align priorities and deliver solutions using Agile methodologies
- Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform to enhance HR processes
- Provide technical expertise and support for Workday, including troubleshooting and system issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration in HCM/Recruiting/Compensation modules
- At least 4 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday
- At least 5 years of experience working with APIs in the Workday environment
- At least 2 years of experience with calculated fields, EIBs, and custom reports
