Key Responsibilities
- Administer health and benefit plans and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, and performance management processes
- Champion firm culture and lead employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in a law firm
- Experience with HR and payroll compliance in multiple states, especially California
- Bachelor's degree required; PHR/SHRM Certification preferred
- Experience with payroll systems software (e.g., ADP)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
