Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume recruitment in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
- Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
