Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll & benefits administration for the U.S. & Ireland entities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Lead performance management processes and total rewards programs
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience managing global payroll & benefits and working with third-party vendors
- Proven experience in leading performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to use people data to identify trends and inform strategy
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
