Key Responsibilities
- Lead retained and contingent searches for senior leaders in HR and Legal functions
- Build long-term client relationships and act as a strategic partner during organizational changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences using modern sourcing and assessment tools
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in executive search, particularly in HR and/or Legal leadership roles
- Experience managing an independent executive search practice or holding a senior role within one
- Deep understanding of AI and automation in recruitment processes
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at executive and board levels
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive recruiting practices and a human-first mindset
