A company is looking for a Senior Lead, Global Executive Search & Integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities and prepare onboarding materials for newly hired executives
- Engage with new hires to guide them through their first week and maintain communication throughout their first year
- Track onboarding progress, report updates, and implement process improvements to enhance the executive experience
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in executive onboarding, leadership development, or HR business partnership in a global organization
- Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional programs or projects
- Experience coaching or mentoring executives or senior leaders is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PMP) are advantageous but not required
