Key Responsibilities
- Own the discovery and validation of customer compensation data
- Collect and configure compensation data during data integrations to enhance customer value
- Drive exceptional job matching and compensation data interpretation while collaborating with the engineering team
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- At least two years of experience in a Compensation role
- Strong understanding of compensation systems, data elements, and databases
- Experience with job architecture and compensation data integration from systems like Workday and SuccessFactors
- Proven track record in customer action, with preference for Compensation Consulting experience
- Expertise in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Sheets)
