Key Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and collaborate with stakeholders

• Act as a subject matter expert in HR products and HCM processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience with HR systems, specifically Workday
• Proficiency in using Jira and other relevant tools
• Ability to develop test plans and scenarios
• Experience in documenting processes and creating job aids
• Knowledge of HCM processes
