Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 15 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles
  • 5 years of people management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of survey methodology and analytics
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
