Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for culture change, inclusion, and employee engagement
- Oversee the employee listening program, including survey design and action planning
- Design and implement organizational development interventions and support enterprise-wide change management
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HRBP roles
- 5 years of people management experience
- Advanced knowledge of survey methodology and analytics
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
