Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Sourcer to support technical recruitment efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nationwide sourcing and recruiting for technical positions
• Execute Talent Acquisition processes and maintain candidate documentation
• Develop and manage talent pipelines while sharing recruitment trends with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing for AI/ML roles
• Ability to manage and communicate with Recruiters and key stakeholders
• Proficient in M.S. Office, including Excel and Word
