- Conduct nationwide sourcing and recruiting for technical positions
- Execute Talent Acquisition processes and maintain candidate documentation
- Develop and manage talent pipelines while sharing recruitment trends with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing for AI/ML roles
- Ability to manage and communicate with Recruiters and key stakeholders
- Proficient in M.S. Office, including Excel and Word
