A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee health and voluntary benefit plans
- Maintain benefit-related transactions in HRIS and perform system audits for data integrity
- Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding eligibility and claims issues
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' benefits experience within a large organization (500+ employees)
- Knowledge of employee benefit plans, self-funded insurance plans, and leave of absence laws
- In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred experience with Workday and the benefits module
