- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and influence policies through active participation in leadership teams
- Manage service contacts effectively, providing accurate and thorough responses to inquiries regarding compensation and recognition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Broad understanding of compensation systems and field contracting/employment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive interactions with stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of compensation policies and the field revenue program
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
