Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate People Technology Analyst to manage people technology systems in a service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the organization's people technology software systems
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to maximize the value and efficiency of the people technology system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and/or reporting preferred
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
- Experience with Workday HCM is a plus
- Experience with HRIS system implementation is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
