People Technology Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate People Technology Analyst to manage people technology systems in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the organization's people technology software systems
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to maximize the value and efficiency of the people technology system
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system functionality and data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of HRIS systems, including system setup and/or reporting preferred
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Experience with Workday HCM is a plus
• Experience with HRIS system implementation is a plus
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
