Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sourcer focused on recruitment process for Greencard applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage PERM Recruitment postings on external and internal websites via Greenhouse
• Screen resumes against role profiles and disposition accordingly
• Collaborate with immigration attorneys to document and provide feedback on resumes for application submissions
• Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sourcer role at a tech company
• Strong ability to review resumes against skills and qualifications needed for the posted role
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar HRM/applicant tracking systems
• Ability to learn quickly and drive processes forward
