A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth environments
- Proven ability to source and close technical talent across various disciplines
- Experience managing multiple requisitions with a focus on quality and speed
- Workday Recruiting experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
