A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement full lifecycle recruiting processes and strategies while managing stakeholder relationships
- Source passive candidates and maintain a pipeline of future candidates through networking and informational interviews
- Manage applicant tracking systems and create reports for Talent and People Operations leadership
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of Recruiting or Recruiting Operations experience, with at least 1 year of full lifecycle Recruiting experience
- 5+ years of experience with advanced research and sourcing skills is preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Ashby or Greenhouse
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus
