A company is looking for a Vice President of People and Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global talent strategies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Oversee recruitment efforts and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive workplace culture
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR challenges and organizational change
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Certification in HR (PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of HR experience with at least 7 years in a strategic HR leadership role
- Experience in the Clinical Research or Life Sciences industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with proven experience in employee relations
