- Oversee US benefits administration and coordinate with vendors for employee support
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize HR processes and support ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR/People Operations experience with a focus on immigration and global mobility
- Experience managing immigration casework and acting as a liaison with legal counsel
- Hands-on experience with employee benefits and open enrollment processes
- Familiarity with HR tools such as ADP Workforce Now
- Experience supporting HR operations across global markets is a strong plus
