Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Talent Advisor to support the Talent Acquisition team through recruiting and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various roles across departments
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align candidate qualifications with organizational needs
• Manage candidate interviews and provide exceptional candidate care throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or IT industries
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-service orientation
