Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various roles across departments
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align candidate qualifications with organizational needs
- Manage candidate interviews and provide exceptional candidate care throughout the process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or IT industries
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Science, or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of high-volume administrative experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-service orientation
