Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Administers and analyzes compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans
- Performs market research and assists in setting pay structures and job evaluations
- Creates reporting to identify trends and forecasts compensation costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Two years of analytic or Human Resource experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
- Experience with HR information systems; Workday experience preferred
