Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building processes
- Proven experience in change management and as a thought partner
- Solid knowledge of performance management and Total Rewards practices
- Ability to work autonomously and handle confidential matters with discretion
