Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter for a 12-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions
• Handle stakeholder management and assist with pre-screening, phone screens, and interview scheduling
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and ensure excellent candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment
• Experience in the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering (AEI) industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse ATS
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods
• Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and prioritize tasks effectively
