Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior level positions
- Handle stakeholder management and assist with pre-screening, phone screens, and interview scheduling
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and ensure excellent candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in recruitment
- Experience in the Architecture, Interior, and Engineering (AEI) industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse ATS
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and talent research methods
- Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and prioritize tasks effectively
