• Consult with management to identify personnel needs and job specifications
• Manage the recruiting process, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Mortgage Industry
• Ability to collaborate with the Human Resources team
• High school diploma or general education degree
