Key Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and market compensation data to evaluate program effectiveness and support business objectives
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and job classifications to ensure organizational consistency
- Advise HR and business leaders on compensation matters and prepare compensation analysis reports for senior leaders
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4-year degree or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Compensation Analysis or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
