Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze internal and market compensation data to evaluate program effectiveness and support business objectives
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and job classifications to ensure organizational consistency
  • Advise HR and business leaders on compensation matters and prepare compensation analysis reports for senior leaders


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4-year degree or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in Compensation Analysis or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
