Festival Volunteer Resources Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Festival Associate Manager, Volunteer Resources (Non-Theater Areas).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, placement, and onboarding of volunteers for non-theater venues
• Support the management of volunteer program activities, metrics, and functions
• Facilitate communication and accountability between volunteers and Festival teams

Required Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and successful completion of MVR background check
• 3 years of experience working with volunteers or in a related field
• Experience in creating and conducting training or orientations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
