A company is looking for an HR Contact Center Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls (high volume) for any HR topic a partner may have
- Supporting both US and Canada based partners
- Executing work through analysis of multiple sources
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Smartsheet and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect (phone system used)
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- HR contact center experience and general HR background
